The business later became part of KAMAX, one of the world’s leading automotive fastener manufacturers. Under KAMAX ownership, Relyans benefited from German engineering expertise, advanced cold-forming technology, and robust quality systems, significantly expanding its technical capabilities and global reach.

In 2025, the company entered its next chapter through acquisition by Hongji Metal, forming Relyans. Founded in Shanghai in 2000, Hongji Metal has grown into a global manufacturing enterprise recognized for operational excellence, efficiency, and disciplined execution, serving automotive and industrial customers worldwide.
